The crew showed up promptly, explained everything clearly, and worked efficiently to get the water out and start the drying process. Quest responded within the hour of our call. My sump pump failed and flooded our basement. The same week, our basement was completely restored and back to normal! Highly professional, and helpful getting our insurance involved. Thank you Pete, and your team for all the help!
I could not speak more highly of Quest Restoration. I have unfortunately had to call them out TWICE within a 7 month period due to our sump pump backing up and flooding our basement. The first experience, I was frantically searching google for restoration services, blindly taking a chance with any company that responded the soonest, and got out to help with out situation. Quest was that company. We worked closely with with Josh and Pete.\nThis most recent flooding, the first phone call we made was to Quest. They were out within the hour to begin work. Pete and Josh both were so incredibly responsive and I know they genuinely cared. The only disappointment is from my daughter who will miss seeing them come over. I trusted this team in my home. I work from home and work upstairs. Josh would call to ask if they could stop over to check on progress and the direction I would give is just to come on in and do what he needed. He always knocked and kept me informed prior to entering and leaving. Any questions we had, we asked and they made it make sense.\nI could go on and on. Trustworthy, responsive, skilled in their craft, professional, and just a stand up group/company. Quest, thank you for everything.
