The guys showed up to clean the ducts in our new house earlier than the time slot, which was nice. They did a quick survey of the inside of the house to see where the ducts and cold air returns were as well as the furnace. They explained what they were doing then got started. The whole time they were there they were professional and courteous. Daniel took before and after photos of the inside of some of the ducts for me which was very interesting to see what was in them. Once they were done they cleaned up any mess they may have left.
Kyle was very professional and thorough. Very attentive, knowledgeable. Kyles takes his job very serious. I would definitely recommend him and would ask for him to come back to do my carpets and furniture
Dan and Dan showed up promptly and did a great job. They worked outside and in our crawl in 10 degree weather. Showed us before and after pics of our vents which reinforced our decision to use this Stanley Steemer service which we highly recommend and will use in the future. D&D were professional and explained everything they did.
