We are specifically reviewing the pack in and out process and not the contruction side of things. The team was wonderful, attentive and went above and beyond with empathy and grace and helping us through this process. We can not say enough about Wes, Amanda, Kimberly and the rest of their team. They did great work.
I want to thank Katey and Wes for addressing our tornado finish work so quickly. Wes sent out Demond and he went through our list item by item and fixed everything beautifully!
