Had my vintage saxophone repaired here after a local guy couldn't fix it. I was very pleased with their efforts and happy with the service. Rettig stores all communicate so your horn may end up in Defiance location. Been playing jazz sax for twenty five years so I've been a lot of places in different cities for repairs. Happy to have Rettig down the street

The quality of the instruments there is great.The employees are nice and helpful too.I'll go online websites to research products.If absolutely necessary to get exactly what I want, I'll drive to Defiance OhioOR 2 1/2 hours (108 miles) one way to Sweet ? Fort Wayne, Indiana.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to fix my recently acquired violin without too much trouble and talked me through all of my options to find the best solution for me.
