I verified the information with the BBB. Everything was good, so I called and Carlos Padilla came to the house to go over my plans for what I wanted done. He assured me that SMR HomePros could provide the services I was looking for. The "green lights " are flashing and I was getting excited. I placed my order and Carlos started the process.
I am an older retired woman and a veteran. I don't have money to throw away. I needed a my tub & shower replaced because I don't need a fall at my age. I wanted/needed a walk-in shower, I no longer had a need for a tub unit. I want to stay in my home as long as I can.
Everything went very fast and the job was scheduled. The weather had other plans. The weather caused the material delivery to be rescheduled 2 or 3 times. The remodel date finally came and workers arrived and got to work with great haste.
I haven't had much work on my house completed by anyone else. I have completed the repairs and remodeling up until this winter. I am so impressed with these gentlemen that came into my home. They worked as hard as I ever did. They didn't fool around and there was no slacking by anyone BUT ME!! I couldn't believe I was not in the middle of the mess. They continued to work straight through dinner hour, so I ordered Pizza for their dinner.
I am so sorry to carry you all down this long road, I just have never experienced anything like this before. The job was completed and the results are FATASTIC!!!!! These craftsmen even cleaned up their mess to include sweeping and mopping the floors. THANK YOU ONE AND ALL FOR SCH A PROFESSIONAL JOB WELL DONE!!!!“

A couple weeks later, Chris showed up and the gutter replacement/installation began. They were fast, accurate, and wonderful. They cleaned up and hauled away the old ones, leaving us with nice looking gutters with guards. We are so pleased. “I had damage to the side of my home from a tree branch falling on my roof but it damaged the side of my home and pulled the electrical wires away from the house. I offered my business to 3 companies on the BBB site and this was the only company that actually came out checked the damage and quoted the job. The job required siding repair and an electrical contractor. I requested them to oversee the entire job and I am so very happy with the service I received. They coordinated the repairs with the electrical contractor and repaired the side of my home and it looks Fantastic.
