We had an emergency with our 2-year-old cat, Neela, on Saturday. Our regular vet was closed, and the emergency clinic wasn’t open yet. After calling several local offices, this one was the only place willing to see us — and I’m so glad they did!
They got us in right away, and the visit was much more affordable than an emergency clinic. Dr. Emily was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything she found. She even addressed another health issue that our regular vet had never offered treatment options for. The vet tech was just as wonderful — attentive, knowledgeable, and so caring toward both Neela and us.
They took care of our concerns without an appointment. It was an emergency and after checking Ellie, the results made us feel better. No more incidents. She goes back home tomorrow.Thank you for your care.

From making the emergency appointment, to car check in, which was mind-blowing. I've never felt so calm and able to express. Such patience and thoroughness. I've had terrible experiences taking my cats to various vets and feel traumatized, so their gentle caring easy going nature made every bit of difference. My baby boy ended up having leukemia and we gave him mercy. It was late and cleaning crew was there, but they weren't concerned with the time we wanted to take with our baby. They even apologized for the noise. The way they handled my baby and themselves was heartwarming, despite the ultimate. Thank you all so much.
