From making the emergency appointment, to car check in, which was mind-blowing. I've never felt so calm and able to express. Such patience and thoroughness. I've had terrible experiences taking my cats to various vets and feel traumatized, so their gentle caring easy going nature made every bit of difference. My baby boy ended up having leukemia and we gave him mercy. It was late and cleaning crew was there, but they weren't concerned with the time we wanted to take with our baby. They even apologized for the noise. The way they handled my baby and themselves was heartwarming, despite the ultimate. Thank you all so much. The staff are super polite and kind. I brought my dog in, and when the vet tech brought me his prescription remember my dog from when he was an itty bitty fuzzy puppy. It's kind of nice
