About 6 years ago my wife and I were referred to another HVAC guy. We used him because of word of mouth. Unit worked great and continues to work great (minus the capacitor I just replaced). Fast forward to a year or so ago, I came to know Brady with OH. He has since looked at my unit and informed me I was oversold. The unit I have could cool and heat a house over twice the size we currently have. Not a huge deal I guess except we obviously overpaid and not using all the features of the unit (i.e. 2 stage blower).
I referred Brady to multiple friends and family and all have gone with Brady/OH. He recommended units significantly smaller (and cheaper) than other companies...read full review
Exceptional service
I've had a service contract with them for several years, and they really went above and beyond when my air conditioning went out. They brought me a portable unit while I was weighing through my options with different companies. I got great service and a good price. Exceptional company.
