I had a repair that needed to be done on my roof. Contacted Newman because I had heard good things. Happy to say they were true. Tyler came to do an estimate and after agreeing I signed the contract. The day of the repair, David and his crew came to do the job. Nothing but professionalism. They were in and out in about 40 mins. Left everything clean on my yard and the repair was great. If you ever need any roofing done give these folks a call. You will not be disappointed.

This review is long overdue. Last October, they tore down and hauled away my rotting old shed on the first day. Then built my beautiful new shed on the second day.We absolutely love it.We've done several home improvement projects the last few years, and this was the only one that went off without a hitch.Highly recommend.

Initial Pilates meet & greet introductory appointment went well. Amanda is personable and attends to the student’s body cues while introducing student’s to the machines. I have never done Pilates outside of my 3/20/25 introductory lesson. I am looking forward to attempting the basic core tasks that she introduced me to during a private lesson again.

They arrived on time (actually a bit early). They worked hard because both my water heater drains were clogged and they couldn't be drained completely. The only complaints were they set pans underneath the heaters, but one was so far off center that the overflow pipe has to go on the outside of the pan. Also, they cut up one of the pressure relief overflow pipes, so I had to go out and buy a new one. Man, copper sure is expensive! Overall. I recommend them.
I had extreme edema in my C3 & 4 and ablation was recommended. I was referred to SCC by a friend and my neck is much better (without painful procedure)and they helped my back pain as well!
Dr. Gallatin has been the veterinarian for my animals for 20 years. She is an excellent veterinarian and takes great care of all my animals. I don’t know what I’d do without her.
We have been twice so far. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Very understanding of our concerns. They also wrote us a hand written thank you letter! Supper thoughtful of our kitties.

We’ve bought several plants from 1st Impressions in the past and have always been happy, but recently we purchased several yards of mulch for a project and were blown away. Their mulch is gorgeous—dark, finely shredded, and excellent quality for the price.
The customer service is truly top-notch. We stopped by twice in one day, and the third time we called ahead because we knew we’d be pulling in just a few minutes before closing for a brush dump and one last yard of mulch. They not only waited for us, but greeted us with a smile and helped us out without hesitation.
It’s rare to find a business that combines great products with this level of customer care. Highly recommend 1st Impressions to anyone looking for plants, mulch, or landscaping supplies—you won’t be disappointed!

The service desk continues to be cordial, knowledgeable, and sincerely helpful. I think the current staff genuinely likes working there and helping people - even those of us who do *not* work in construction every day. I no longer have reservations about checking out Holmes Lumber when I need something. If they don't have it; the staff can usually point me in a direction of where next best to find it.-----------------------------*Update:* Changed rating from 1 to 3.I recently had a need for a few products on short timeframe for repaid. Although I had low customer service expectations based upon multiple visits, Holmes was the closest and saving time was the most important. THIS VISIT was a radical difference. Well staffed so I didn't wait long. The morning staff was engaging, attentive, helpful, and upbeat. I made note that even the music complimented the overall attitude of _all_ the guys behind the counter. Not just to me either. I watched the staff give the same focused attention to each customer like they really cared about them and sincerely cared about helping them be successful with their project by asking about the details. Next time I have a home prj need (and we're moving into summer), Holmes on 605 will probably bump to the top of my list to try again. It was that positive a difference.----------------------------

Julie was absolutely incredible to work with during the design phase. From the moment we met her, she made the process fun, exciting, and completely approachable. She is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and genuinely enjoyable to be around—her humor always made us feel at ease—and our design meetings never felt overwhelming. We walked away confident and excited about the choices we made. Even in just a short time working together, it was clear how talented and dedicated she is, and we truly loved our experience with her.
Tim, our site manager, is in a league of his own. From the very beginning of our build through move-in—and even now after we’ve been in the house—Tim has gone above and beyond in ways we never expected. He was consistently present, responsive, and deeply invested in making sure our home was done right. Any bumps along the way were handled quickly and with total professionalism, and Tim navigated every situation with grace, calm, and care. He coordinated with contractors seamlessly, communicated clearly and honestly, and ensured nothing slipped through the cracks.
One of the most outstanding aspects of working with Tim was his communication. He was unbelievably responsive—so much so that there were times he replied before I could even finish rereading the message I had just sent. We were never left wondering, waiting, or feeling out of the loop. His communication gave us complete peace of mind throughout the entire build, and it’s hard to imagine anyone doing it better than he does.
What truly sets Tim apart is how often he went out of his way to help us with things that were not even his responsibility. Whether it was fixing something himself, checking in just to make sure everything was okay, or advocating for us behind the scenes, Tim made us feel supported every single step of the way. His work ethic, attention to detail, and genuine care for his homeowners are exceptional. It is rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and treats your home as if it were their own.
Because of Tim and Julie, the entire process of building our home was incredibly smooth and positive. We absolutely love our new home and are so grateful for the team that helped bring it to life.
