The wait time is on the longer side. They will only treat basic things here, and for anything else they will send you to the ER, which is a waste of money! This place used to be better!
Todays visit was not satisfactory. While my test for a UTI was negative the Dr. did not do any further examination to see if I had swelling and in my lower abdomen. He did no physical examination of any kind. Very disappointed. I paid $50 for him to tell me I have healthy urine while I’m telling him my symptoms and that I have had them for over a week now. We were traveling so I waited til I got back to go to my own health care provider. Next time I guess I will go somewhere else. UH very disappointed ?
Shannon APRN was amazing and very informative. The nurse who took us back and the secretary were both very nice and respectful. They were able to take me for an xray quickly and the results came within the hour.
