Everyone at the clinic was incredibly nice and helpful. Also the wait time was very short. The staff and the Nurse Practitioner I saw were all knowledgeable and helpful. This was one of the best urgent care clinics I’ve been to. Thank you.

The care there is good...that's not the problem. The problem is that if you are going there because your PCP (primary care physician) has their office there and you have a $0 PCP visit with your insurance, get ready for them to charge you a "Facilities Fee". They won't call it that...as a matter of fact they won't explain it at all until you finally get someone from Summa on the phone who is HONEST and will admit that the charge is in fact a Facilities Fee. This BS fee is charged simply because your PCP happens to be in Summa's building! Forget your $0 PCP visit because they're going to charge you this fee every time and then be dishonest about what it really is! And...read full review

Had a great experience getting my DOT physical here, pretty quick and very friendly staff. I believe my doctors name was Chris- super friendly. The nurses Karen and Meg were very helpful and quick as well.Thanks guys.
