About Cleveland Clinic Stow-Falls Express and Outpatient Care
The Cleveland Clinic Stow-Falls Express and Outpatient Care is a very well run location. The staff are capable and friendly, with dedicated doctors and nurses who are polite and cordial. The building is clean, and the location is convenient with large parking available. Patients can get right in to see a doctor, get xrays, and be out in less than an hour for express service. What makes this place special is the people, as they are nice and listen to health concerns. The wait can be longer than anticipated and sometimes impact schedules because of the volume of patients, but the staff does their best.
I had an eye exam, I signed in an waited and waited, nobody told me that the eye exam part was in the back where the eye glasses department was. I waited all that time for nothing.
From the moment I checked in until I walked out the door everyone was great. Very helpful during my check-in. I went in the late afternoon to the Express Care. The gentleman that checked me in was great. He even checked me in for my x-rays after my visit with Brandon, the clinical PA that overseen my care. The MA that did my triage was amazing as well. The radiology technician had a great attitude made me feel comfortable during my testing for the x-rays of my knee and ankle. Service was very quick.
