About Cleveland Clinic Stow-Falls Express and Outpatient Care
The Cleveland Clinic Stow-Falls Express and Outpatient Care is a very well run location. The staff are capable and friendly, with dedicated doctors and nurses who are polite and cordial. The building is clean, and the location is convenient with large parking available. Patients can get right in to see a doctor, get xrays, and be out in less than an hour for express service. What makes this place special is the people, as they are nice and listen to health concerns. The wait can be longer than anticipated and sometimes impact schedules because of the volume of patients, but the staff does their best.
The wait was longer than anticipated. They realize you can make an appointment and that's when my weight was so long cuz several people would before me or after me had appointments

What makes this place special is not the building it’s the people. Once I was late for a workout class, someone helped me set up. When I miss a couple class, once I return I was welcomed back.
