Outstanding. Masks provided were of good quality. Facility was clean. James at the front desk was friendly, understanding, communicative and compassionate. I neglected to get the name of the NP but she was equally as impressive. Only thing I would change is being able to get a text before you're scheduled to go back so that you can wait outside if busy during a heavy virus season. (This note comes after observing someone very ill who kept pulling down her mask to cough & sneeze.) Recommended, but it's first come, first served so try to go as early as you can, if possible.

I've been to this urgent care a few times when I couldn't get into my primary care doctor right away. The staff and providers have always been kind. The building is also modern and clean. I've never waited more than 30 minutes in the waiting room, which is pretty fast for an urgent care. I definitely recommend this location.

Went in with an upper respiratory infection that was 3 weeks old and not getting better. I got in right away after checking in. The Nurse Practitioner was very professional and knowledgeable and prescribed medication and orders for a follow-up if my condition didn't get better.
