Went in with an upper respiratory infection that was 3 weeks old and not getting better. I got in right away after checking in. The Nurse Practitioner was very professional and knowledgeable and prescribed medication and orders for a follow-up if my condition didn't get better.
I went in with severe congestion. They were respectful of my personal diagnosis and shared what they assessed. They were not trying to give me meds I did not want. They were attentive to my feelings for treatment. Very professional and caring. Very short wait.
The people are knowledgeable and friendly. The doctors take the time to explain and answer any questions without hurrying you. They make suggestions and treat you as an individual. They also acknowledge alternative modalities and practices. They don't have "blinders" on. I have been very pleased!
