She was very thorough and her attention to detail was pretty on point. She took the time to do her job, but also didn't waste either of our time on frivolous things. The service is great and she works with me and my hectic schedule to get me in. She keeps notes from past appointments to know what style I like. I am semi-new to lashes and she helps work with me to make sure I like the results and gives me feedback on different type of lashes/styles. She is also extremely easy to talk to but I also feel comfortable relaxing and having my headphones in if I am tired.“

“Can’t speak for the service itself, but customer service is A+!I live out of town and wanted to purchase a gift certificate for my sister for Christmas. I sent an inquiry through the contact form on the website to see about purchasing a gift certificate online. I was contacted the next day via email and a follow up phone call to let me know I couldn’t do it online but they could help me do it over the phone. I was hesitant at first giving out my card info, but I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire situation! I was sent a receipt via email and a picture of the gift certificate they are keeping in the salon for my sister to pickup. Sein Cozad was amazing help.“

As a natural red head, I’ve been told throughout my lifetime that adding color or chemicals would ruin my hair, so I’ve stayed away from color for close to 15 years. From the moment I started talking to Luke about what I wanted he assured me he could maintain the integrity of my red hair while also getting me to the place I wanted to be. The consultation was thorough and included many questions I hadn’t even considered. He made sure I understood what to expect and put to bed all of my worries. Luke did a phenomenal job transforming my hair into exactly what I wanted but had been afraid to do. If you’re looking for a top-notch hair experience, look no further.
