I’ve been going to Lunatic for about a year now, and every visit has been a great experience. Booking appointments is always easy, and the customer service is consistently friendly and welcoming.

I see Sara Ticala, and I absolutely love her! She always takes the time to listen carefully, makes sure she understands exactly what I’m looking for, and does her best to bring my vision to life. I never feel rushed, and I always appreciate the care and attention she puts into her work. I highly recommend Sara and the entire team at Lunatic!

I have very curly hair, and am going through some health things and just wanted something new and to pamper myself. Most people don't cut curly hair correctly and it frizzes. A friend referred me to Tessa at Lunatic Fringe in Liberty Township. I drove 2 hours to have this appointment. Tessa was wonderful! Took the time to look at the photo of what cut i was wanting, make a cutting plan, and discuss the color i wanted. This whole experience was so relaxing and fun! It also included a head and neck massage and warm towel that was just awesome! And let me tell you, Tessa made my hair look just like the picture! Like who does that? She does! I love this salon! Everyone here is so nice and talented. Sara Ticala gets my hair looking amazing every time. No matter what style I ask for, she always takes what I want and fits it to my face/head shape so I leave looking amazing! Definitely recommend!!
