I am an aging, darker brunette with uneven gray (mostly from the crown), naturally curly/wavy hair with different degrees of curl around my head, and damage due to trying to go lighter with highlights, etc. that results in fuzziness. I tried to get the brassiness out from lightening with my old stylist but was never really satisfied. Nicole was able to do this on my first visit. She helped me form a long-term strategy to go from constantly blow-drying/straightening and by using the right products so that I can, with a little more growth, go natural with the curl. I already see the effects of the products she recommended and the color is so good!
