Real Estate near Shaker Heights picked by BestProsInTown
“This is by far the BEST management company I have ever rented from!! The maintenance guy's are outstanding.. i needed 2 drip pans for my stove, I got them the next day..the response is excellent!! I live in Shakertown & absolutely, positively, lovee my apartment & the location!! Butch & Kayla in the office at Fairhil, ROCK !!”
“I highly recommend you consider Christine Pappas if you need a realtor. She sold my house for more than the asking asking price, while navigating through the phone calls, (many from me) showings, offers and eventually a final resolution. She was calm, professional and most importantly knew the market and set a price which provided a quick sale while insuring a smooth process for negotiations and agreement.
She receives my highest recommendation”
“Seth Task and his team are amazing, you won’t regret having them on your side. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an experienced team for buying or selling.”
