We enjoyed every minute of working with Monica. She was so prompt with any communication and always jumped on the opportunity to view a home, whether morning or night, weekday or weekend. She worked tirelessly to get us the home of our dreams, and wonderfully guided us through many locations in northeast Ohio. She answered all of our many questions and concerns about the process with great care and we benefited so much from her experience in the industry combined with her hard work.
