Working with Christine has been a wonderful experience! Christine was recommended to us from a friend. From the first phone call with Christine, she was personable, attentive, and caring. She came to our house, and we showed her what we were working with to sell. She gave us some tips and tricks to spruce up our house to list it without breaking the bank. We then sat and talked about what we wanted in a new house, and she made a list of out “must haves”. Buying a house with Christine was one of the most rewarding experiences! We met with Christine almost weekly to look at houses. When we tried to talk ourselves into a house or tried to envision how a house that didn’t have all our “must haves” could work for us, Christine was great at reminding us of what we wanted and wasn’t afraid to say, “this doesn’t check all of your boxes”. At times, we needed that reminder! Christine is not pushy with the purchase of your house. She wants to make sure that you find the right house to call home. When we wanted to put an offer in on a house, Christine made sure to write the offer with our best interest at heart. When our offer got accepted, Christine called us and squealed with excitement for us! Selling our home with Christine was also a breeze! She brought in a professional photographer who photographed our home in the most elegant way! We received so many compliments on our house from friends, neighbors, and family. We were on vacation when we listed our house and Christine went out of her way to get my mom’s phone number before we left, and she coordinated all our showings with my mom who was watching our house/dogs. This allowed us to enjoy our vacation and not have to worry about relaying information back and forth. With the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old one, Christine handled everything from the transactional side of our contracts, she followed along with the title company, our loan officer, our inspections, and the buyer’s bank appraisal to make sure everything was moving along timely and that we closed on time. Christine goes above and beyond in so many ways! She exceeded all our expectations and made our home buying and selling process seamless. She gave recommendations for painters, HVAC, and general contractors that we used throughout the process to get things done quicker than we would have been able to do on our own. The companies she recommended were top notch, respectful of our time and home, and very reasonable! Christine is more than just your realtor. She became a friend. While we will miss our weekly “dates” with Christine, we will forever be thankful and grateful to her. She found us the house of our dreams with everything that was on our “must” list from that first interaction with her. We were also able to list our house after our offer was accepted for our new house and we were not homeless-one thing we made very clear to Christine that we did not want to be! I would highly recommend Christine Pappas and she will be the only realtor I recommend in the future. I wish everyone could have a Christine Pappas as their realtor because she is simply the best!

Buying a new house out of state was a big decision for me and my family. We had to do a lot of research and planning before we made the move. Luckily, we had a great realtor in Christine who helped us find our dream home. She was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She listened to our needs and preferences and showed us several options that matched our criteria. She also helped us negotiate a fair price and handle all the paperwork.
