From the beginning, the experience is like visiting a spa! She serves a drink of choice (if desired), curates music to your liking and has a private aesthetic studio with a beautiful view! She truly has a gift and her attention to details, especially with improvements to better the customer experience were an added touch ! At first, I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted, but had a couple pictures for ideas and asked for her help in what she thinks would look best. She took the time to understand the look I wanted and even throughout the process would clarify and confirm certain lengths and colors I was hoping to get! The open communication was great!
