The establishment is very clean. I never ran into a problem where she is overbooked and I'm waiting for hours and she doesn't take all 8 hours to do your hair. She gets you in and out. What I enjoy and like most about coming to Toya is her communication. When you tell her you are going for a certain look she gives you that. She is very knowledgeable and will tell you what works best for your hair and how often you should get something done. I was in search for a new hairdresser and the Lord lead me right to her. Exceptional customer service! Huge facility. Hair, nails, waxing, lashes. Up-to-date in the current styles and trends. LaToya Babb, the owner, has the ability to interpret your verbal description into exact style. ALWAYS on time!

I absolutely love this salon!!!! The staff there is always friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. I have never felt uncomfortable and Mrs.Toya gets me together every time!!!! They play great music and everyone is positive and outgoing.
