“I had to put my cat down earlier last week, and I can not even begin to express how thankful I am for this clinic. I was a wreck when iI found out what was going on, and that I wouldn’t financially be able to treat him. I called multiple, more local to me, clinics asking when he could get seen and or put down and they all showed extreme lack of empathy and wouldn’t be able to get him in for about a week and a half. I called this clinic and was met with immediate care for my pet and my own self in this critical time. Staff was incredibly kind, understanding, and sympathetic toward me. They treated my pet with great care in his last moments, and gave me the time I would need, along with gently talking me through options. They gave me a clay paw print, and even sent me a follow up care card a week or so after.
