Dr Crute goes above and beyond at each appointment to listen to me and share her expertise and observations. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a dermatologist. She is very professional, yet so kind and caring and geniunely interested in her patients. She spends the time with me that is needed to answer any questions I may have, never making me feel rushed through my appointments. She is also quick to reply to phone calls and emails and doesn’t keep me waiting for days.
I have been to 8 dermatologist over the last 25 years and Dr. Crute isthe best one I have visited. I followed her from Westlake to Media and now to Rocky River. Unlike others, she reviews your problem and then will remediate it in the least invasive mannor possible -- unlike others who start by cutting first. My family now goes to see her and are delighted with her compassinate approach to HEALING.
