“Dr. Mulligan is very thorough. She takes her time to get to know her patients and is meticulous when screening for precancerous and cancerous indicators. The nursing staff is kind and everyone seems to work together to make patients feel at ease. If you are concerned about your appointment time you can always call ahead and the office manager will let you know roughly what time you will be seen so that you don't need to wait in the office for an extended period.“
