When we first started looking at builders for our new home, we were very nervous about the whole process because you hear horror stories. From our very first interaction with Wayne Homes at the model center to the very last day at closing and getting the keys to our new home, everything went extremely well! Their process is very easy and you are kept in the loop the entire time! Communication is key when having a large project like building a home and Wayne homes is great with communication. My husband and I just closed on our new home almost 1 week ago. We had the pleasure of working with Brandi and Lauren at the Portage office. They were both amazing and very accommodating. Brandi has also stayed in touch with us from the start. Once the actual home building process began, we were assigned Chuck as our FM. He was amazing. Chuck answered and addressed any questions or concerns that we had a long the way promptly. Chuck always kept great communication with both my husband and I and updated us what would happen each week. Chuck was wonderful to address any issues that needed fixed before we even had noticed.
