Very nice employees! We were greeted warmly by Kayla upon entering, had all our questions answered, with no pressure. Sarah worked with us to select and design a home we were interested in, explained financing options and also answered any questions/ addressed any concerns. We were very impressed by these ladies and would like to recommend them to any one looking to build their own home.
We had been shopping a couple custom builders. We were in a bit of a limbo due to such poor customer service and options until we had the pleasure of meeting the most amazing design specialist Sarah at the Wayne Homes model in Ravenna! She is as excited as we are! She is genuinely thrilled to create our vision and make our dream home come to fruition!
