So far I’ve had no luck. I emailed them in regards to my brothers home he wants sold. It’s a very nice house in Ravenna. No response back, so, I don’t know how to rate these folks yet.

Absolutely awful management company. Please do yourself a favor and do not ever consider renting one of their managed properties. I have never had any issues with prior landlords and consider myself very easy going when it comes to maintenance requests. With that being said, everything seemed fine at first but when a maintenance issue came up (and it will come up with how they manage these properties) it' was like pulling teeth to get anything done. Repairs that were supposed to made prior to move in were never done. Worst rental company ever do not plan on moving out between November and March because they are on vacation and will keep your security deposit which is absolute bs.. the person working there said they con you out of your money one way or another.. i did soo much there before i left to make it look good just for them to say oh you left when we were on vacation in Florida. You sir "ROD" are a root of evil never again
