From the very first visit to the Ravenna office with Lisa, we knew Schumacher Homes was special and would build our forever home. From color selections with Falyn, design review with Morgan, Nicole and Greg to building execution with Justin, each person devotes their full attention, care and compassion to their owned process to guide the home owner through. Every carefully chosen subcontractor provided exceptional completion of their trade work with respectful interactions at the construction site. I would highly recommend Schumacher Homes to anyone that wants the ultimate home building experience.

Highly recommend !!the whole Ravenna team was great !From planning our new home to completion,they were all very knowledgeable and helpful.our builder was Mike —and We cannot say enough good things about him !He walked us thru the whole process - any little problems with the build ,or changes we requested were handled quickly .He was absolutely great !!

I spent several months working on new construction quotes for building a home and found Schumacher to be the best balance of quality and price. Their standard is incredibly high and their floor plans are varied and well thought out. I really enjoyed working with Lisa out of the Ravenna office. Highly recommend visiting the model homes and attending a design appointment.
