We’ve had an amazing experience with Schumacher Homes so far. Lisa Saffle and Doug from Schumacher Mortgage have both been incredibly knowledgeable, informative, responsive, and accommodating throughout the entire process. They’ve taken the time to understand our needs, answer our questions, and help make the building process feel much less overwhelming.
Their home designs are beautiful, and having three model homes on site is a huge advantage. Being able to actually walk through the homes and experience the layouts makes it much easier to visualize what you’re building rather than just looking at plans on paper. Words cannot describe the level of knowledge Lisa, New Home Consultant possesses. She had dealt with us for well over a year as we planned for our new home. Lisa was always kind, patient, available, prompt, and as mentioned already, EXTREMELY knowledgeable. We are moving on to the next portion of our home build and Lisa will no longer work with us but I have no doubt that everyone else will be equally the best! Highly recommend Schumacher if you’re looking into building a new home!

Built my home two years ago and it is still amazing. While something things took a while to get right, the team at Ravena don’t stop helping making sure defects are fixed. Even after all this time has passed. I would highly recommend them.
