I had initially noted some damage and loose shingles due to wind and he conducted an inspection of my roof and helped me start the claims process. ***** was very helpful in getting things up and running and explaining the process. Unfortunately State Farm decided not to be helpful in the process. ***** was my guide, we made our moves together and coordinated the best course of action. Ramos Roofing wasn’t the lowest quote but they were able to answer all my questions knowledgeably and proved themselves to be quality professionals through our numerous discussions & site visits prior to hiring them.

The attention to detail, hard work from the team, and finished product were all the best of the best. “AC Roofing & Siding is amazing. We had a different home remodeling contractor come out to our home and claim we needed a new roof, and that we had tons of moisture problems in our attic. I called AC Roofing for a second opinion, and they got us on their schedule quickly, did a thorough inspection of our roof, attic, siding, and gutters, and told us you don’t have a moisture problem, and don’t need a new roof.
They did say we could use new gutters (with gutter guards), because ours are old and busted, which we will be hiring them for very soon. But more impressively they gave us three pieces of advice for work they don’t even do (that’s when you know a contractor is shooting you straight ): Guards around our solar polars to keep rodents from going under them, more insulation in our attic, and removing an old “whole house fan” from our upstairs hallway to keep from losing heat and cool thru that opening to our attic.

“I was a bit cautious when Gary first came by to ask about my roof and siding when he noticed the few tiles that were affected by the storm damage. However, after hearing him out I couldn't help but be impressed by his presentation that may seem older fashion to some. By old fashion, I mean presenting previous jobs he has completed on other homes and all the various certificates that he has obtained in his fancy leather binder. The best part about Gary is his previous work experience as an insurance adjuster along with the licenses to go with it. So with that in mind, this guy will go the mile to help walk you through the process (even battle) of making the claim with your home insurance and assist in each step if need be. While he did provide a wide range of options, he was not overbearing in getting most expensive options, only what each option provides in terms of their pros and cons.

As for the install itself, it couldn't have gone any smoother than it did. They are also very accommodating for particular preexisting setups. In my case I had a Ethernet line running from one side of my house to the back that runs to the basement. When they replaced the siding the installers went ahead and tucked the Ethernet line under the new siding to help cover it.

Fast forward to now, with my home insurance fumbling a bit to update the age of my roof and siding. Gary once again coming in with the clutch to help me over the phone to eventually get to an insurance rep we can actually make progress with in my policy update.

I will say though that Gary can be quite a talker once he gets going, but it is nice to see that he is passionate about the work he does for homes.
