“I used The Mosquito Squads complete protection service for insects that might try to get inside my house. I have noticed there were no stink bugs in my house this year after the recommended starting two treatments. I will revisit options to use this service starting next spring. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. It’s fast and easy to set up, change or pause the service with several options. The cost is a bargain! The techs are thorough and left me a detailed report. Later I received an email outlining findings and solutions for problem areas I can take care of myself. I’m looking forward to the bugs staying outside thanks to The Mosquito Squad!“

“This company collected over $1,200 to prepay for the 2025 year. I had a real issue with the Grubs they charged me for the treatment last fall. It was not cheap. The grubs loved what ever they applied, if they applied anything which is doubtful given my damage.
The presedent of Turf Ohio, (Chuck Deirfield) is no where to be found. Reated calls to see where they are to treat my first application is no where to be found. No one answers there phones! I personally visited both locations they show as there place of business: (5990 Wilcox Place Dublin, Ohio) and,
(6490Shire Rings Road, Dublin, Ohio),
All closed up noone there.
My disappointment is large given absolutely no information from them. I presume they sold the business and left me high and dry and out $1,223.47.
I filed a report with the BBB and was told they did not renew their membership for 2025 and have refused and contact. Which means I'm out.
I have filed a report with the Attorney Generals office and hope others are not in this same circumstance.
My rating on this company os 100% negative. appears I got taken big time. Now with spring here I need to quickly find another company to serve me.

I RECEIVED A CALL FROM OPERATIONS MGR. PAUL SAMELUK THIS MORNING ABOUT 9:45 AM. PAUL EXPLAINED WHAT THE CURRENT SITUATION IS WITH TURF OHIO. BECAUSE OF A COMMUNCIATIONS ERROR FROM TURF OHIO AND A BBB DISCUSSION IT WAS BELIEVED THAT THE COMPANY HAD CLOSED THEIR DOORS. PAUL SAMELUK'S CALL TO ME THIS MORNING EXPLAINED WHAT HAD HAPPENED AND ASSURED ME EVERYTHING WAS GOOD WITH TURF OHIO. BASED ON PAST EXPERIENCE I AM CHANGING MY RATINGS TO A (5) STAR RECOMMENDATION. “Very nice and explained everything so well to my mom, who was nervous of the bald face hornets. Got lucky Justin was 15 mins away and sprayed them and 3 days latter all dead. Just cut the branch down today ?“

“Jeremy was nice and very attentive with his duties of my property. The mosquitoes has been awful along with the spiders since we have so many trees around. He was very thorough with the pest needs, including the big carpenter ants that like my trees.“

“Soooo, I used TruGreen for SIX years. The first few years things were decent, people were great. Then things changed. People started “doing their job” in about five mins, or just parking out front & leaving. After that happening too many times I finally dropped them. My next-door neighbor uses Weed Man, So I thought I’ll give them a try. Turns out they are completely amazing. They eradicated more weeds in one treatment than Tru Green did in several. And every single person that I have spoken with on the phone has been an absolute sweetheart. Ashley is super sweet, cheerful, very helpful! Karen is very nice & very very helpful as well. Then today, WM was at my neighbor’s, & I asked if they were treating my house today as well. Nick said no, so I asked if he would mind weed-treating one area for me anyway (that I couldn’t give them access to last time, as I wasn’t home), while he’s here. He very kindly said yes, & he came over as soon as he finished at my neighbor’s. He very thoroughly sprayed the trouble area for me, & he was just so so nice. Long story short, I could not be happier to finally have an excellent company taking care of my 3/4 of an acre. They have done excellent work & all of the people I have met or talked to on the phone have been fantastic. Thank you thank you thank you to this company for (ALREADY after just starting with them late this spring!!) fixing my problem lawn!!!“
