Eco shield is amazing since signing up customer service is awesome Sean specifically is who I spoke he provided flexibility with payment options and dates and worked effortlessly to ensure I had what I needed. They are flexible with treatment schedules and accommodating. Home has been pest free since signing up and everything they use is pet friendly happy pets happy home.. I’ll be a lifer. The services I use are just for general treatments for perimeter and basic yard maintenance I live residential and product has stood up no spiders have been seen in my home or garage in months and yard is standing stronger than ever

We used EcoShield for just over a year and they were excellent. We had to cancel due to some upcoming lifestyle changes but O'Neil made it a very simple process. I would use them again if we found ourselves in need of exterior pest control.

Positive: Everyone I met or talked to was pleasant. Their service worked as advertised.Neutral: I had a different service tech every time.Negative: "I'm moving into a condo without a yard" wasn't enough to cancel my account, even though my contract expired years ago. Canceling my account was unpleasant.
