“Thank God for Spartan! I hate mice. Spartan comes out whenever I need help getting the mice out of my basement/air conditioner/yard. They are quick to come out, but take the time to explain how the mouse bait/ trap works. The trap is completely protected from squirrels and larger animals. Also, dogs would have to eat a lot of bait to get sick, and that is only if they do get the trap open which looks impossible to do. I have used them for at least 2 1/2 years.TL; DR: Very helpful, quick to respond, lots of experience.“

“Yellowjackets were preventing my wife and I from being able to safely go in or out of our apartment, so we urgently needed assistance (same day). Many of the larger, more advertised companies could not accommodate that, so we took a chance and checked on Craigslist.The owner personally guaranteed quick service and was at our apartment within an hour. He did his thing quickly and efficiently and was extremely nice and obviously passionate about his business. We were very impressed with the level of service he provided and have not seen any lingering yellowjackets!Highly recommend!!!!“

“What can I say about Torco?Not enough!! They are the standard in my opinion.In September of 2023 my life became a nightmare when my then-landlord exterminated nearby apartment units without notifying surrounding tenants. I inherited a gnarly case of bed bugs and began discarding affected items.The search for a good pest control expert began and everyone I called had different methods. Pricing was all over the place and every contractor was well over a grand with no guarantee- then I talked to Torco.John with Torco was friendly and offered me reassurance. Much like any other industry I had to call and schedule an inspection. My unit was treated the same day it was inspected and the price from Torco beat all the competition.My biggest concern- how would they treat my residence and would it harm my belongings? Torco used a solution that has excellent reviews and upon doing my research I could easily see they had experience in selecting the right method.Torco was on time, effective, and I will never call anyone except John when it comes to bug issues. After asking my then-landord to split the bill with me, to which he declined, I decided to move. Can you believe Torco went pre treated my new residence at no additional cost? I can't say enough about them. I no longer have any pest control issues and I am sleeping through the night again.If you are reading this because you have issues with any bugs at all. Stop. We had him come to spray back when we bought our fixer upper house....saw evidence of roach infestation in the kitchen and two dead mice were found behind drywall we ripped out to put in a new kitchen. Not a sign of a bug or a mouse since. Asked him to return for a six month treatment. Love the unmarked truck...no other company in Columbus Ohio offers unmarked vehicles...keeps people from wondering why we are having our home sprayed...none of anyone's business. “I've had Orkin for the pass 10-11years and my service had been great. I've had a few good tech through the years. Now I have Adam and he is absolutely amazing. He listens to my needs, concerns and he is very polite and answers all my questions thoroughly.Out of the years I had 2 problems. #1. Different people servicing my home. But I do understand to a degree. #2. Had a tech that wasn't mine regular tech service my home and having animals and expensive birds, he sprayed in my home with a product that is ment for outside, he could have potentially harmed or killed my fur and feather babies. Lucky he is no longer employed with the company.
