First, John the technician squeezed me into his schedule toward the end of the business day. He explained very clearly the steps that Varment Guard would take to end my rat problem. He said that he would make two or three follow up visits to check on progress.
After having a failed attempt at using other providers, we switched back to Plunkett's last year. I had used Varment Guard in the past and loved my technician, Mark. We now have Kyle with Plunkett's and he is wonderful. Love seeing Kyle, he always does a great job. Is so thorough and friendly, with a strong attention to detail. We have seen a decrease in our rodent activity, almost eliminated, and have begun using them for insect control as well. Highly recommend for a great customer experience and proven results.
