She gave us the step by step process on what to expect, she was nice and sweet. After her we got the basement measured, then THEM GUYS(Dan and his partner) pulled up and knocked out our carpet in 2 days, if they had a bigger truck, it would've been done in 1. Had to tip them because of the great service provded. I would recommend this company to everybody!!!“
