Got multiple quotes for a 400 square foot flooring project across multiple rooms. Board Savvy was the most affordable and the only ones who discussed different options for moisture barriers beneath hard wood floors. They keep up to date on code requirements and new products. Part of the affordability comes in how they will work with you on aspects of the project you can do yourself. If you will pull out old floor, pull trim, pull and replace your own toilet, move the supplies to location, etc. they will offer discounts. Our new vinyl floor installation was finished today and we are more than pleased. Start to finish, as promised, was a day and a half. They suggested that we change the base moulding which looks super. Board Savvy did everything just as promised. Their quotation was very detailed and easy to understand. From the very beginning, everyone showed up on time which is impressive.
We have more flooring to be done and we intend to use Board Savvy. Shout out to Lisa, Hunter and Randy.
