We had an excellent experience buying our carpets from Carpets by Otto. We had our whole house recarpeted. Every step of the process was easy, from working with our salesman, RC, to find the perfect color to having it done installed by 2 people named Ryan. The installers were exceptional. They were careful with all our belongings, put everything back exactly where it was originally, vacuumed every day to keep things neat and clean, and were just a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this team!
We had carpet installed in our master bedroom & closet and it was a great experience. The sales team was professional and knowledgeable. The installation team, Ryan & his he helper, were great. They were so careful moving our funiture out of the bedroom and back in when they completed the installation. They were top notch, not a scratch or bump. I highly recommend these guys. 5 stars+!!
