I have worked with DJ on several projects. The selection and service is excellent, and whenever I have had a question he is knowledgeable and quick to respond or point me in the right direction (kids, dogs, wear as part of the consideration in the selection process). Have referred them many times now!
We purchased through our Costco membership and Carpets by Otto was the local provider. DJ was very helpful and thorough through the whole process. The installers were great on both our laminate and carpeted areas. Was overall a very positive experience. Thanks DJ!
DJ was wonderful to work with and always got back to me in a timely manner. The installers were courteous and polite and did an outstanding job. Definitely would recommend them again.
