Parma VA Clinic is a well-regarded facility with great doctors. Established care is efficiently managed, with providers showing genuine concern for patients. Wait times are minimal, and walk-in services, such as blood draws, are completed promptly. The clinic is described as one of the best VA clinics, with pleasant staff and timely appointments.
Lots of good people and programs here to help veterans, but staff will downplay and exclude symptoms. Since working with this facility I've been misdirected, lied to, lied about, and laughed at! The Patient Advocate refused to take my claim seriously, and the Facility Director refuses to return my contacts attempts.

Always top notch service. For any issues that I've had in the past 7 years, this location and PACT Team has taken care of me whether it be in house or referring me to an outside doctors office, no issues to report on my end.
I just moved to the area and had to establish care with the VA. I've been to 3 other VA clinics while living in 3 other states and the providers at this clinic rock! No nonsense or waiting around, plus they actually seem like they care about their patients.
