Parma VA Clinic is a well-regarded facility with great doctors. Established care is efficiently managed, with providers showing genuine concern for patients. Wait times are minimal, and walk-in services, such as blood draws, are completed promptly. The clinic is described as one of the best VA clinics, with pleasant staff and timely appointments.
Been using since Brecksville days fantastic staffing they really care about Veterans my Primary care provider Jill Molnar Rocks as does rest of pact team 4..I trust them with my Health!❤
I don't like hospitals. But overall everyone's friendly. If you ask someone they can point you to the right direction. There's nothing wrong with it. I just don't like hospitals. No five stars for me
Lots of good people and programs here to help veterans, but staff will downplay and exclude symptoms. Since working with this facility I've been misdirected, lied to, lied about, and laughed at! The Patient Advocate refused to take my claim seriously, and the Facility Director refuses to return my contacts attempts.
