First time for a spray tan, called and made appointment for the $30 basic spray tan, the girl I spoke with was very professional and helpful assured me they would explain everything to me at the appointment being my first time, (she did not work the day of my appt.) I checked in and the girls tried to upsell a different package to me because I was going on vacation and swimming. She said this one would work better, it was over $90 and I said no thanks, their demeanor changed so fast, they stopped smiling, became rude, basically stopped talking to me, they took it too personal. I used to like tanning here, but lately I have to wait for a bed. I pay for the diamond package, and the diamond beds are rarely available. I also find the new manager to be a little unfriendly.

Tanning now and hate to say i’m disappointed. It’s freezing in here, makes you not want to tan. Let alone these poor girls are probably freezing. Next I paid for the upgraded beds until the end of the year and the sun angel was perfect before it stopped letting me play my music. Needs serviced. Not impressed today.
