First-time customers get a tour and they evaluate your dog and then they can stay for the day FOR FREE! Plus, daycare hours go to 7pm and you can drop off anytime (except during 12-2 when the dogs are napping). No need to schedule ahead. And that's not all, they offer exit baths (brush and dry shampoo) or full-service grooming. The pricing is fair and comparable. The employees are super friendly and truly enjoy their furry customers. I was sold when I picked up Delilah and saw how happy she was and how nice she smelled. They even give you a daily report on how your dog did, even naming the other dogs they played with. Hands down/paws down - Hounds Town is where it's at!“

Anthony, Andrea, Paige and Jess are top tier trainers - they all take a patient approach, explain things in great detail, and truly care about the relationship between you and your dog. I have personally used the boarding for my whole crew over a holiday, and daycare numerous times and my dogs love it. I cannot recommend TPDT enough. If you are in Cleveland (or even remotely in the area) they are the best when it comes to training, pack walks, daycare, and boarding.“
