“I don't often leave Google reviews, but in this case I wanted folks to know about a well-run business that really takes pride in customer satisfaction. I had a very positive experience with Fredericks. In my case I had a rather large LVT floor installed in my home. I had never done business with Frederick's before, but I knew they had been in business for a very long time. That made me feel that they must be doing something right. In their showroom I met two people ( Shannara and Max) who helped guide me through a huge selection of possible flooring options. The owner of the business (Nick) measured my room, and we had detailed discussions about the layout of the floor and how certain obstacles within the room would be dealt with. When it came time for the installation of the floor, I met Chris and his brother Nick. I consider myself a very detail-orientated person and these installers did meticulous work. Chris and Nick really knew their job from sub floor prep to leveling to installing the product to doing a fantastic install of all my woodwork. Everyone I dealt with from this company was pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and very professional.“
