Omg!! Dr Rasor is AMAZING!!!! Went today to get 2 of my kids eyes checked and I must say I will DEF be back! At first I was so hesitant to drive all the way out there (I live in Holland, OH) but the experience Dr Rasor provided made it sooo worth the drive! He was patient & very through. He really took his time & was so patient while he did their exams. (My son has a little delay in understanding certain things) but that didnt let Dr Rasor stop from getting my son an accurate RX. He even gave me some different options because my son didn't like the glasses we picked out lol...But through out the whole thing, Dr was patient and throughly explained everything he was doing before, during & after the exam.

And his staff is SO nice!! There were 2 ladies up front and even before we got there the 1 lady didn't even get frustrated when I kept switching my kids & husbands appt times lol..So thank her for not being upset with me! lol! But she was patient and so kind!! DEF top TIER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

No pressure sales for upgrades or extra stuff either. They just told me what was covered under our vision insurance and what frames and extras were not & let me decide

Side Note:
The office manager named Amber from Dr. Marra & Assoc (in Sylvania) eyecare should take a training class from Summit Family Eye Care & their staff! SERIOUSLY a night and day experience between the 2! If I could give Summit Family Eye Care & Dr Rasor a 10 stars I would!! A++++++ .....“

“Dr Spohn is the best eye doctor I have ever encountered. He is kind and pleasant and listens to you when you explain your own personal eye needs, and then examines your eyes with your vision needs in mind. He understands that prescription are not cookie cutter, one size fits all and prescribes accordingly. I have had the same contact lens prescription since 2017, my eyes have not declined in six years because he addressed my individual needs. God Bless this man, I hope he can continue to practice for a long time.“

“My first appointment was last week. I had OD Patrick Henry. He was great, gave me great detail and didnt make me feel rushed.
I paid $120 to get a glasses and contact prescription. Somewhere along the line my trial pair of contacts were not ordered, so I am awaiting a call back to see what they do to rectify the issue. I will update my rating once there is a solution. Update- problem solved. I got 2 pairs of trials and they came within a week. Not sure who dropped the ball, either village or costco... but I understand mistakes happen. Updated my rating.“
