After an appointment with a "Midwest" chain eye center, a first time prescription for glasses and then several follow ups because I still could not see, I finally decided to see another Dr. So glad I called SFEC! I initially spoke with Lorae and their Office Manager regarding some insurance concerns; in which they both took the time to listen, let me know my options, and offer to assist. I made my appointment, and saw Dr. Rasor who was amazing! He was so patient, personable, and took his time explaining everything!
