“Chris saved my sanity today by solving a really nasty web-page loading delay that had defied all my own attempts and my son's attempts to fix it with guidance we found by googling the general problem. And he shot the trouble. He identified some corrupt files with file checking first, but these proved unrelated to the loading delay. He kept analyzing the problem, found the trouble, and shot it.
