Computer Crisis is absolutely wonderful!! I had a huge computer crisis where my computer would not bootup. Sometimes I could get it to startup and then it would bluescreen and say a message then shutdown. I was desperate because I'm in and out with medical appointments so need my computer everyday. I called James over at Computer Crisis because they have their name in our Breeze Newsletter here at Avenbury Lakes and I know a couple neighbors that have used their services and were very satisfied.

We had a troubled computer that was in dire need of repairs. We literally tried everything that you could possibly think of to no avail. We first called the Geek Squad and had them come out and to make a long story short, they made the problem worse and now their were many more issues than before we had them take a look. I was frustrated to say the least. When I was talking to some neighbors about the problem they recommended James at Computer Crisis so I decided to give them a call. Had a ton of pop-ups showing up on my right side of screen talking about McAfee out of date and my files are encrypted and something about out of date drivers. Then all of a sudden got a message telling me to call an 800 number so I just turned off my computer right away and called Computer Crisis to have them take care of it. They got my computer working for a good price and also got me new virus protection. I'm glad their local because I already tried the geeksquad in the past and the experience was not so good. If you got a virus or pop-ups just take it over to Computer Crisis. Trust me, they know what their doing!
