great service, i recommend all my friends and family...they actually take the time to understand your computer problem and don't just wipe and erase your computer and all the files from it like the geek squad did. i had to go here to have my important pictures recovered from what the geeks at best buy did to my computer, never again will i go to the geeksquad

I can honestly say that getting my computer fixed here was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Jimmy is one of the nicest and most genuine people I have ever met. I got a super quick diagnosis for what was wrong and was given 2 options to move forward with. Jimmy also gave me hints and care tips about my computer that I would have never learned otherwise. I will absolutely be calling Jimmy again if I need more computer help!

Got the repairs done fast and for a fair price. They are the most knowledgeable place in Avon! They even were able to fix a bug that I had with my computer that I could never figure out!
