“Beth sure knows her stuff!! I went to that OTHER joke of a salon at the OTHER end of Crosspoint Plaza for a cut and color. Horrible experience and the cut and color looked like my 8 year old niece did it.I called Mainstreet Salon for a consultation to see if anyone could could do something...anything to salvage my hair. I showed Beth my desired cut and color ( the same pictures i showed to the OTHER person). Beth asked questions and came up with a plan to fix my hair. I went in Saturday and let Beth do her magic. Explaining everything she was going to do, i felt well informed. She seemed like she was really getting into doing this repair, she was going to make this better. AND SHE DID. My cut was awesome, close to the picture she saw. The color was light andshiny, unlike the mousy brown the OTHER salon sent me home with.
