Bartlett Tree has exceptionally knowledgeable personnel. Michael Emrich guides the care of our mini arboretum and not only shares his evaluation of the health of our trees but answers my questions with interest and patience. Other tree companies emphasize “we’ll get rid of those trees for you” while Bartlett nurtures and cares for our trees, cutting only when necessary. All Bartlett personnel who have come here have been courteous and happy to share their observations about the trees. They don’t rush through the work as though getting paid by how many yards they can service in a day. Bartlett mapped out the trees on our property and suggested stages of work, prioritizing certain tree care where most needed, and proposing a second tier of services that could wait a bit to spread out the cost. I respect the learning Bartlett representatives have and appreciate their courtesy and extra carefulness when our family’s small children are outside while they are working. I love our trees and Bartlett is giving them highly skilled care.
