It is my pleasure to give Lux Salon five stars! I took my mom in for an appt (she gets her hair colored there regularly) and I asked if they had any appointments available for a haircut for me. Then in walks a young lady who wasn't scheduled to work, so she was available! I felt it was meant to be, plus first timers get 20% off. We talked, she listened, she talked, and I walked out with a cute style that I would not normally ask for. The actual cut is really well done. Everyone at Lux Salon was pleasant. If I lived in the Cleveland area, I would become a regular. Thank you, ladies, for taking care of me, and taking good care of my mom.
This place is lovely! Every person I interacted with was incredibly kind, and all of the customers in there seemed just as happy with their hair as I was with mine. Layla did an incredible job on my hair and I highly recommend her. They have great prices and a wide selection of products/services.
I had one of the best haircuts I have ever had from Gina. She took time to talk with me, assess the problem areas, and carefully explain what she was doing. Great experience at Lux Salon!
