Did an amazing assessment of my hair situation and said schedule a trim and let’s see what we can do. I went in and in less than 30 minutes she fixed what was broken with no charge. Of course I paid her but who does that she is amazing. That’s what I can say.“

“I was very nervous about beginning the process of removing years of black box dye to silver white. It’s a big decision, and as I researched the long process, I was horrified to see disastrous results on YouTube. From the moment I called Leanna, I was impressed. She requested me to send current photographs and when I arrived, she took time to ask me what I wanted, and to explain how this would realistically take several visits, which I was prepared for. She’s a truly wonderful person and her professional approach is refreshing and confidence building. I just felt totally relaxed in her capable hands, and I’m so excited to enter this journey with her! The black is now red, and we hope to go even lighter in a few weeks. Best news is no hair fell out and it actually feels very soft!“
