“I was a little nervous going into my appointment because I mostly buzz cut my own hair at home and don't see a barber regularly, but my wedding was coming up and my fiancée was never going to allow me to cut my own hair lol. We were greeted with a friendly hello right when we walked in and from the moment my appointment began, my nerves went away because my man Ghali here is a legit pro and had everything covered. Whatever my expectations were for this appointment, they were blown out of the water with quality of service and a friendly conversation. Not even for a second did it feel like Ghali was just going through the motions. He takes his time and really gives you the VIP treatment, and for as stressful as the wedding planning has been, I needed that. I walked out feeling like a million bucks which if you knew me, is not something I ever say. My only problem is, now that my soon to be wife has seen how nice my hair and beard can look, there's no chance I'll ever be allowed to cut my own hair again. So looks like I'll be booking with Ghali regularly. I could not recommend him any higher and highly recommend you treat yourself to the VIP package. It's totally worth it!“

“First time client with Wydad at Lamarocaine. My wife comes all the time. Her salon was welcoming, clean, and she explained everything she was doing. Also, the bed/table was warm! I highly recommend Wydad and all her services but definitely a facial. She spent all the necessary time needed to ensure my fave was clean, exfoliated, moisturized, and pores were sealed. “Very unfortunate experience for my husband. I'm grateful I did not have his experience when we went. Due to the "nature" of his experience at Spavia in Strongsville Ohio, he doesn't wish to recall it, and so asked that I write this review for him instead. Initially, the owners/managers of this establishment appeared very concerned. Even asking that he "send" his experience to them in writing, since he was to upset to express it to them at the time. We were hopeful and did so almost a month ago. We have received NO reply from them concerning his experience, to date. We were hoping to write an "updated," more positive review based on the owners/managers desire to help, and "to make it right," so they said. Sadly, we cannot. Please read on and judge for yourself... Based on Ashley’s reviews, it’s clear his experience wasn’t due to her lack of skill or knowledge, but rather her lack of enthusiasm and unwillingness to perform the service with care. Making his 60 minutes session grueling and very uncomfortable. Far below Spavia’s standards. From an excessively long and overly oily scalp effleurage "rub." It could hardly be called a scalp "massage." To the poor use of the stones, it was absolutely apparent that Ashley performed the "whole" service begrudgingly. After spending over $200, including tip, my husband left feeling stressed instead of relaxed. Maybe she was having an off day, I'm not sure, but for an establishment like Spavia — especially at this price point — the service was totally unacceptable. To say the least. I’m writing this review on his behalf, as it was such a disappointing and demeaning experience that he prefers not to relive it. To their credit, the managers immediately expressed concern and offered to make things right. Since he was unable to explain his level of disappointment at that time, the managers/owners advised him to write this review. Which we sincerely appreciated, at the time. However, their words and seeming concern for him remain, unfulfilled.“

From the moment you walk in, till the very moment you walk out, you are just very well taken care of. The place is always clean, and it smells so good in there!!!

The favorite part should be the magic elixir that turns back the hands of time, but it really is the staff at FFA that takes the cake! I have seen a few reviews that just don’t match what I’ve experienced here.

I’ve been coming to FFA for a few years now. I originally came via Groupon, and I never left, nor have I ever cheated on them with someone else! They never once came at me with aggressive sales pitches, they just kept it real with me as far as what I would need to meet my skincare goals!

I love you guys with all of my heart! Michelle especially! Michelle is hands down one of the best human beings on this planet!

“I have had a hard time finding a “blonde specialist.”I am super picky about the color and I hate when my hair has warmth. I’m so grateful to have found Amber, who took a tremendous amount of time yesterday time to fix my hair. Blonde tones can change in different lighting - so it needs to look good straight (which shows everything), but curls shows the beautiful dimension - as you can see from the pics straight or curly it’s perfect.

It was an instant connection, Amber is so calm and confident. I immediately picked up on her empathetic nature. ♥️

My inspiration was International Strawberry Day and the transition from Winter to Spring, and she delivered! The salon itself seems to be lacking in leadership.
Although the owner is professional and looks good and always says hello.
Sometimes I am wondering if some of these stylist just rolled out of bed and went to work. The salon needs a good cleaning too!

Every time I tan I am greeted with a smile and a true concern for my tanning journey. “I went to Vio Med Spa to get my first Hydrafacial because I've been wanting to do it for awhile. I've been waiting for a good time to get it because they are a little pricey, but they posted an ad on instagram that they had a few spots to get a hydrafacial for about $170. When I first walked in, the receptionist and the aesthetician, Meg, that was doing my facial were waiting at the front desk for me. They were really friendly, and Meg walked me to my room. She asked a lot of good questions and gave me a lot of good tips and reminders about my skin. During the facial, Meg was extremely sweet and we got to know each other a little. The facial felt really good and she also dermaplaned my skin to get rid of all the dead skin. I've always heard that hydrafacials were the best way to keep up with younger looking skin if you get them regularily starting in your 20s so I definitely would recommend if you are looking for a great place to get any type of facial. Also, Meg was absolutely amazing!“
