I was looking for replacement windows and was recommended to Windows Plus. They came highly recommended for a few reasons:1-The #1 window on the market.2-Value proposition...no pressure sales, reasonably priced, high quality craftsman installing windows/roofing/gutters (for my work performed) and a very small Quality department that always has time for you.And those reasons, Absolutely my experience as well.My salesman was Nathan Morris and my Project Manager was Brandon Ryan. They were always communicating throughout the entire process and all three work crews were fast & clean. The jobsite was hectic when work was being performed but the cleanup was better than I expected...I found minimal items after their departure that were stuck somewhere that wasn't obvious.All in all, I had a small roof repair that removed two skylights, replaced 29 windows with 27 & a sliding glass door and got my whole home refitted with proper gutters and downspouts.My brother recently had 11 windows replaced by a competitor and paid the same price I paid for 27 windows and a sliding glass (triple paned) door in Indianapolis.If I ever need anything else home repair related, I will be calling Windows Plus and their OUTSTANDING!!!! Team.
Agnes is a true professional and wonderful with newborns, children, and adults. She did a great job on so many fronts: working us in on short notice (actually on a holiday), being sensitive to my unique needs at 1-week postpartum, posing the baby and entire family, entertaining my toddler. She never rushed us into a decision, she created beautifully edited images, and actually extended the window to order prints when I missed the expiration date. Worth every penny. I would give more stars if I could.

The customer service is outstanding, their team is extremely well trained in the tenets of terminally cleaning ORs and Procedure rooms. I give this company my highest recommendation.
I have been going there for some time. I have my hair cut by Karen McKenrick . There are 3 or 4 other stylist .. . They have a full range of coloring , nails perms and most of what any salon would do . Most of all I find them very friendly . Jean W.
