We switched to Service Master On the Spot at the first of the year, I am thrilled with the outstanding job that they have done!I work with Teresa Kelly who is extremely knowledgeable and certified in Healthcare Cleaning, she has been a phenomenal partner!I have been a leader in healthcare for over 38 years and this is by far the best cleaning service that I have experienced. The customer service is outstanding, their team is extremely well trained in the tenets of terminally cleaning ORs and Procedure rooms. I give this company my highest recommendation.
After switching to this company, we've seen a world of difference. They started us with a deep clean to get rid of weeks of accumulated dust and have maintained that level of cleanliness ever since. They are highly responsive when we have requests or suggestions. For example, one day I emailed about a stain on the carpet and it was gone the very next morning! When we walk into the building every morning, it smells clean. I've worked with many cleaning companies in the past and this is the first that I don't continuously have issues with. Overall we are very satisfied with the work of ServiceMaster and have plans to continue working with them moving forward.
