Paramount has been managing the routine maintenance and repairs on my HVAC system for several years. The system is 14 years old and this year is the first time it's needed major work. Several different Paramount technicians have been here over the years and they've all been professional and knowledgeable.

My furnace unexpectedly broke and I called Paramount heating and air and they responded right away. The very next day, James came out and was very professional and let me know what were my best options. The heat pump and furnace were well below my price expectations. The furnace was quickly installed, and John and Gabe were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the workmanship and care that was provided for my family. - Cheryl Hopkins

Paramount went above and beyond to help our family. While out of town for a medical procedure, we received word our furnace had broken during the coldest week of the year leaving our house at a frigid 42 degrees. Not only did the team get a technician to our house that afternoon, but they were able to install a new furnace the next day to prevent a major pipe freezing disaster. To help us out further, the team remotely monitored the temperature in our house to verify that everything was working smoothly while we were still unable to be there in person. We cannot thank them enough for their help and kindness during the entire process!!
